2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activities under your account unless prohibited by law. Where required, minors must obtain appropriate parent or guardian permission. We may restrict access when necessary to meet safety or legal requirements.
3. Educational and AI-generated material
AI-generated answers, suggestions, study plans, summaries, and assessments may contain mistakes, omissions, or outdated information. Verify important answers with textbooks, official examination bodies, educators, or other authoritative sources. NOVA FORGE AI does not guarantee examination scores, academic admission, or employment outcomes.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, violate others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights, or exploit the service to cause harm. We may suspend access for material violations, subject to applicable law.
5. Subscriptions and billing
NOVA FORGE AI may offer paid Starter, Plus, and Max plans. The current price, currency, billing frequency, features, and any trial are those shown in the actual purchase screen before you confirm payment. Store-billed purchases are charged and managed by the relevant app store under its payment terms. Subscription access may be managed through RevenueCat.
Automatic renewal: unless cancelled, an auto-renewing subscription may renew at the interval disclosed at checkout. Applicable taxes and price changes are handled according to store rules and local law. Cancellation: cancel using the subscription controls of the store through which you subscribed; uninstalling the app or deleting an account does not by itself cancel billing. Trials: a free trial is only available when the relevant product and customer are eligible, and its duration and charges after trial must be disclosed at checkout. Refunds: requests are handled under applicable store policies and consumer-protection laws.
6. Feature limits and changes
Some AI features require usage limits, connectivity, or third-party services. The available limits and benefits for each plan are described in-app and may be updated with appropriate notice and applicable rights. No plan should be understood as providing unlimited AI processing unless expressly stated at purchase.
7. Your content
You retain applicable rights in content you upload. You grant the permissions reasonably needed for the service to process it at your request, such as analyzing an uploaded question or generating a response. Do not upload material unless you have the right to use it.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided subject to technical availability. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free AI responses. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
