How to request deletion
- Send an email to raunaksinghsingh4@gmail.com with the subject “NOVA FORGE AI — Account Deletion Request”.
- If possible, write from the email address linked to your NOVA FORGE AI account. Do not send a password, OTP, or payment-card details.
- We may request reasonable information to verify that you control the account before deleting it.
- We will process eligible account and associated personal-data deletion requests, confirm the outcome, and explain any legally required retention.
What may be deleted
Subject to verification and applicable legal requirements, deletion may include your account identifiers, saved study preferences, learning progress, and associated content stored for the NOVA FORGE AI service. Records that must be kept for legal, fraud prevention, or legitimate transaction obligations may be retained only as required.
Important: billing is separate
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or other store-managed subscription. Cancel the subscription in your store account to stop future renewals.
Support for parents or guardians
A parent or guardian seeking information about an account held by a school-age learner can use the same support address. Verification may be required before a request is processed.
